Cucumbers and squash are in! We harvested the first cukes on Tuesday and they are gooooooood! So sweet and juicy, perfect for summer salads.
The first round of summer squash is looking great as well, the plants are healthy and we finally got a little rain last week to kick things along. We finished harvesting and hanging the garlic and shallots to dry this week and will be harvesting our storage onions soon as well. We have more tasty new potatoes, an awesome mix of Adirondack blues, reds, and purple vikings! There will be yellow potatoes as well but they take a little longer to mature so we're letting them grow a bit before we harvest.
Tomatoes are taking their sweet time this year but we'll have lots of heirlooms and cherry tomatoes in a couple of weeks :)
