Hi Friends! Coming up next week we have some lovely fennel and new potatoes! Still waiting on eggplant, pepper, and tomato, but the squash and zucchini are in and we have some lovely heirloom varieties. We got all our garlic harvested today and will be hanging it to cure this afternoon, along with shallots and our big onion harvest is close by as well.
We'll be planting lots of fall greens in the next week - radishes, spinach, arugula, more lettuce and fennel, and more now that we're heading towards the second half of the season. Lots of good stuff to come!
