Hi Friends!
It rained!! The weather is far from small talk for farmers, especially with how dry it's been. We have some ability to irrigate when things are dry...but it takes time away from other projects and requires quite a bit of infrastructure to reach all our growing areas. So we're extremely grateful for getting a little bit of rain over the last few days, it'll help everything from the peppers to the flowers to the salad mix grow a little faster and healthier. The bok choi this week is looking great (and BIG) and we have lots of early garlic we're pulling. This is the last week we'll have scapes available for the season so if you've been wanting to pickle or preserve them this is the week to do it :)
