Hello friends!
The weather has been a lot kinder to the farm this week and we're starting to get caught up. Today I planted corn, squash, sweet potatoes, and sunflowers, and we'll be trellising and pruning tomatoes and cucumbers tomorrow.
We have lettuce that's looking great and should be ready to harvest in a week or two, and have started pulling fresh garlic to share. It's the full garlic plant, but since it's not dried at all yet the stem is still edible and great for cooking.
