Hi Friends!
These sunny days have been nice but we're definitely wishing for some rain here on the farm. Lots of greens this week as we're still waiting on most of our summer crops to get big enough to feed you! This will be the last week for fresh onions as we're harvesting up our overwintered crops and getting them into the barn to dry and cure. We probably have one or two more weeks of green garlic and scapes, and will (hopefully) soon be moving on to summer crops.
