Hi CSA Members,
We're now just over the halfway mark for box distributions! You've got plenty of more vegetables coming, our last box will be the last week of October, but its sort of hard for me to believe that the summer has gone by that quickly.
This week features many of the same summer favorites you saw last week. Our beans have faded for the moment, but promise to return in another 2 to 3 weeks. We've been busy finishing up our fall and winter seeding and transplanting. This will be our first year using our large (120'x30') high tunnel for winter production. We don't plan on having a formal winter share like previous years. However, we may do a couple of one time harvest box distributions if we get a bounty going. Stay tuned for details. Here's to a winter of crisp, sugary greens!
