Hello to all our garden folks!
I hope you all had an amazing break with friends and family! A beautiful opportunity to ponder and reflect on life, and be thankful for all that we have and how lucky we are. Here at the farm things were pretty quite, I skipped the social media, and never packed an order after the 18th of December. I took a bit of time out before the season starts again! Not my usual, but sometimes you have to step back and reflect before you move again, so your still enough to listen, think, and feel, and gain clarity on the goals and dreams of life.
Submitting our remaining seed orders, cutting and splitting wood, and finishing garden & farm plans are all on the agenda for the next two months! Also, have to start on the marketing for our 2022 season, anyone have some ideas??? We are hoping to do 250 baskets this year for the 2022 Summer Season, if only they would sell themselves! Hahaha! I would rather be farming, truth be told! I dream of a world where everyone has their own farmer, and we have a local supply chain of all of our true necessities! Where the world is driven by sustainability, and how to best align ourselves with mother nature. Therefore I must create it...
I am going to continue to do wagon/sleigh rides, taking bookings via text CSA members get them for 75$. All others are 100$. Just call or text 905-986-9612.
