Sorry for so many emails about this but I want to be sure the auto renew process is clear!
Payments will process for the fall shares on 8/15, so you have a few days to cancel your pending fall share order or make changes if you wish. If you want to finish this season but cancel the fall order, please don't cancel your membership! You will not get a share for the last two weeks of this summer season if you do that. See directions below for turning off Auto Renew, which will delete the fall share membership only.
If you'd like to make changes, go to your "subscription" tab in your Harvie account. HERE is a link to get there.
You'll see your pending orders there and click "edit" to make changes such as share size, add ons, etc.
This is a help document explaining in detail how to make changes to your pending order, and instructions on how to turn off Auto Renew if you don't want to join for the fall season.
There are 2 weeks left for this summer season. It ends week of 8/21.
Fall season begins 3 weeks later, week of 9/4.
