Recycling is just another part of our CSA. We currently re-use about 30% of our packaging... including boxes, ice packs, egg cartons, glass jars and plastic clamshells. It's Fall and that means winter squash... over the next few weeks we will have a variety of them coming through... pumpkin, acorn, butternut, spaghetti and delicata. Let's hope the pickle worms don't get into too many so we can have plenty to go around. read more »
