It's time to swing for the fences. I've spent the past 6 months planning expansions, and I thought I had a solid business partner to work with.
Not so much on the business partner front (she quit), but I did manage to pick out two rock solid employees.
Now I just need to figure out how to keep paying them and overcome the cash flow deficit that the former business partner is leaving in her wake.
So I'm applying to every farmers market still accepting applications. And depending on how many we get accepted to, I'll be expanding production anywhere from 3x to 20x. Every crop gets harvested. Every weed gets pulled. Everything gets sold. To keep my rock solid employees, cover farm operations and pay myself, we need to make $2k/week at markets.
Time to go big or go home. Except I'm selling my home. So it's time to go big. I've put too much into this space to play small.
