Sourdough makes a return this week along with Bok choy and Little Gem Romaine heads. New this week is Italian Basil, Kohlrabi, luscious strawberry quarts from the wonderful people at Peter's Orchards, a leafy Chinese-type cabbage, Vietnamese Coriander, and a unique Asian veggie called celtuce that tastes like a cross between lettuce and celery and can be used raw or cooked! We're also offering our tasty organic curly kale by the case at a rock-bottom price. Have you tried our sweet salad turnips? This white Japanese variety is super yummy as-is, but quartering and honey-roasting them to serve with arugula, goat cheese and toasted walnuts is definitely on the menu as a must-try.
