Hi Friends! Just a reminder that sourdough is taking a vacation with our baker this week but will be back in time for next week!
Our field tomatoes are getting strung up as they clamber skyward, promising a rainbow of cherries and slicers this July. New this week is baby bok choy, rosemary and toscano kale as Jersey Gold Gouda, Gala apples and green saladbowl lettuce make a triumphant return. In the coming weeks we are looking forward to offering you a Taiwanese lettuce called A-choy, an asian specialty stem lettuce called celtuce, and everyone's favorite: basil!
