The farm has been sold. However I have negotiated to lease back the current fields, barn and store until the week before Thanksgiving.

Escarole, 2 for 1 - this slightly bitter italian green will help keep you cool this summer, chop it up with your salad or find your favorite recipe.
Frisee also on the menu as well as romaine lettuce.

Lots of growth here at the farm and potentially lots of changes. I am meeting with the buyers tomorrow to discuss whether I am able to remain at the farm until Thanksgiving or need to move operations to a nearby farm.

Despite all of the craziness in the world and the huge changes at the farm, it was a glorious day today and I do hope that you were able to spend it outside.
Tomorrow we will do the biggest planting of the season yet and tomatoes will be planted in the greenhouse next week.
