Hey CSA Family!
We are thrilled to continue the Summer CSA season! We have lots of exciting things happening on the farm. Hana and April (pictured here) just finished a huge soil sampling campaign here at the farm. Each year, we take hundreds of soil samples from around the farm to study the effects of our regenerative farming practices.
For our Veggie CSA members, here are the organic veggies that you'll find in this week’s CSA box:
Carrots
Poblano Peppers
Potatoes
Sweet Peppers
Cabbage
Eggplant
Melon
Tomatoes
For our Regenerative Meat CSA members, you will again have access to select cuts of our 100% grass-fed beef, 100% grass-fed lamb, pasture-raised pork, and pasture-raised chicken!
A few things to keep in mind:
- Please double check your delivery schedule to be sure you know when and where to pick up your CSA. When you arrive to your CSA pick-up location, please check in with one of our farmers! If you pick up at RoKaBilly, please be sure to use the sign-in sheet.
- For Veggie CSA members: The veggies in the Summer CSA are not customizable. However, you can use the customization period to add "extras" to your order. Try our "extras" today!
