Customize Veggies- Galangal "Thai Ginger"

Featured: 1 time harvest of Galangal "Thai Ginger" this week. We dug it all up from the greenhouse. Essential ingredient for Thai coconut soup. Cube it into 1" pieces and freeze to add pieces to Thai coconut soup and curries. Best to simmer with 1 cup or more broth or water to infuse the flavor for quick curry dinners. You can also freeze the pink baby ginger and turmeric...you don't have to cut these before freezing.
