Thank you for being a member of our farm.  You keep us growing, and we really appreciate you supporting our work by good eating. Look for an email with information about how to get our farm food in December and this winter. (Morganton, Hickory, and Charlotte locations have different schedules this winter as we move forward with less daylight, more mud, and a smaller farm crew.) We love growing beautiful veggies and raising handsome hogs over the winter, but it can feel like you are spinning your figurative wheels when the wintery weather isn't helping you out. Thank goodness we have a mild and short winter here!

This week we have fresh baby turmeric, baby pink ginger, bok choy, sweet red round radishes, lettuce, cabbage, and more. Enjoy salads and light meals before a hearty Thanksgiving meal with over the top amounts of butter.  Want some delicious sweet potatoes, carrots, or butternut for next week? We've also got all sort of greens you can cook to balance out the butter: laccinato kale, curly kale, collards, and Swiss chard.
