The last two weeks, we have been going crazy trying to get the seeding lists put together and seeds ordered. Confirming all of the CSA stops and figuring out what crops we should scrap and what new ones we should try. Rethinking a few of our crop rotations and if we will have enough space. Winters on the farm are usually really calm, but not this one. Yes, the work is slower, less to harvest and maintain, but we are planning so many expansions and new things for next year, it's getting crazy. I am so happy to have the team that I do, because otherwise, I would have lost my mind already. I think I have mentioned something to you before about hemp and CBD oil. We are a lot adding other value add products this year, such as teas and dried herbs. Pickled produce and of other preserves. So many changes and new options will be available for you to enjoy this summer! Hope you like them!!
