Below are next week’s offerings from our Culinary Team.

All CSA orders/changes must be submitted before Noon on Monday.

Entree: BBQ Pork Shoulder and Rivercrest Chicken with Bourbon Peach BBQ Sauce. Smokehouse Beans, Country Braised Greens, Dill Pickles, Yeast Rolls. Feeds 6.

Soup: Summer Vegetable Minestrone. Hemp Pesto.  

Salad: Heirloom Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Burrata and Basil. EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar.    

Extras:  

  • Barbara’s Chocolate Chunk Cookies
  • Vegan Herb Butter (Made with Garbanzo beans) 
  • Smoked Sorghum Butter
