The Fall CSA Season has started!! It is hard to believe that the growing season is almost finished for the year. We are starting to think about seeding crops one last time before we seed cover crops and let the fields rest for the year. I know we still have a long way to go until November, but I know it will go quickly. With the break from CSA this past week, we have been focusing on planting all of our fall crops in the fields. As I am writing this, the team is planting about 300 collard seeding before moving onto Kales. Just like in the spring, it is a busy but exciting time to be on the farm!
