Below are next week’s offerings from our Culinary Team.

All CSA and Farm Stand orders must be submitted before Noon on Monday.

Entree: Pork Carnitas with Oaxacan Mole, Salsa Verde, Cotija Cheese, Corn Tortillas. Marinated Summer Squash and Baby Fennel Slaw. Steamed Popcorn Rice. Feeds 6.  

Soup: Pozole with Hominy, Tomato, Charred Peppers and Corn. Crispy Tortilla Strips.  

Salad: Broccoli, Jicama, Napa Cabbage and Purple Cauliflower Salad with Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette.   

Extras:   White Chocolate, Oatmeal and Currant Cookies
