The cauliflower is simply wonderous this year. Large, white, tasty and ready now. We've been enjoying it roasted, in a cream soup, or steamed with cheese sauce. We hope you'll enjoy it as well. There are two familiar winter squash on the menu for this week- butternut and delicata. I've been halving the delicata, slicing the half rings, and baking them with oil and salt for a half our. A couple of squash quickly disappear this way with any meal. The offering from Grateful Herb this week is "Blazing Cider" a very strong horseradish based tonic that will "cure what ails you."
