Squish squash applesauce. Autumn in all its abundance is here. This week finds us busy hauling winter squash out of the field and making sure that all of our storage onions and garlic are safe from frost. This weather has been just about perfect and we've appreciated the extended window of golden days, but we are preparing for the turn. Enjoy the bounty!
