The news this week is HEAT and grasshoppers!!! The hoppers are eating everything in sight!!!
All of my fall transplants are nothing but sticks!!! They ate all the new lettuce and cucumbers!!!
We had a guy out to see if we could spray them but by the time he got here they were to big.
Its a hard spot to be in.....so far the only things that will kill them will also kill the good things too!!!
No fun!!! They are eating the tomatoes before they ripen. I picked a bunch of toms yesterday but
everyone had been eaten on!!!
Onto better news!! There will be grape tomatoes on the list this week!!! And the Hermiston watermelon
and cantaloupe are in the stand.
