Every Thursday we drive up to northeast Oklahoma and pick up from several farms and food makers. But with more bad weather in the forecast, we aren't sure if that route will happen this week, so we're being conservative with this week's box and listing a little less of the things that come from farther afield - Amelias yogurt, Swan Bros. Dairy products, and Antoinette Bakery to name a few.
But there's still plenty of food around here, including one of our favorite house-made soups, red onion Balsamic, which we are featuring this week. It starts with a bone broth base and makes for a great French dip!
