Thank goodness for hydroponics this week! The cold weather last week damaged crops at both Fisher's Produce and Better Together Farm, so almost all of our local produce this week is coming from Cedar Springs Farm in Oklahoma City. They're a hydroponic grower known for their beautiful winter tomatoes, but they also grow baby lettuce, kale, radishes and more.
REMEMBER: You can add or swap anything in your share! There is organic, non-local produce available, like broccoli, pears, bananas and more. And you can add other grocery items as well, like bread and milk.
Speaking of bread, Farrell Family Bread is back! We have their 3 Fruit Levain and Sourdough available for your box this week.
