Trumpeter Swan Farm CSA News - Summer Season, Week 19, Delivery October 4th thru October 6th

Not too much has changed around here this week. With a cold front on the horizon and lows getting down to 30 degrees we are still hard at working picking away. First priority is the last of the sensitive vegetables, green beans and peppers. We'll begin clear picking them this week and then move on to our other crops still out in the field. Still have plenty of carrots, beets, turnips, radishes, cabbage, and leeks to pick. The end is nearing but there is still plenty to do.
