---- Spring Time Veggie Supply ----

So every year around this time we start to run out of storge veggies in our cooler. At some point it's just impossible to store something for so long. Festival and Beets are done after this week, and we won't be offering Radish and Kohlrabi. On the brighter side though we still have plenty of Eggs, Honey, and Bread. Also we will continue to harvest what we can from our hydroponics table. Here's hoping for an early spring so we can get back to planting and start harvesting again.

---- Spring Planting ----

We started planting our first plants of spring last week. These plants start in our seed shack were the seeds germinate and then move to our covered greenhouse to keep warm and grow bigger. Once the warm weather hits and we can get into the field these are the first plants that get transplanted. Currently we have Lettuce, Spinach, Kale, Swiss Chard, Green Onions, Bok Choi, and Kohlrabi ready to move out. So for now it's just a waiting game.

Thanks,
Ian.
