Jimmy and Heather at Farm Farm are cleaning the remaining greens out of their greenhouse, making way for the spring planting. So we have some spinach, swiss chard and kale. A nice way to kick off spring!

The lettuce and spinach in our high tunnel is looking nice, with bok choi, onions and radish growing in our greenhouse. These will start showing up two weeks from now. One of our fields is actually dry enough for Ian to plow it up. It had a lot of mulch on it, so its good to get that turned under. Still too early to plant anything outside. But soon...
