---- Bell Peppers Arrive ----
We started picking Green Bell Peppers this week. They have responded well to the recent moisture, and love the heat and humidity.
---- Crystalized Honey ----
I noticed some of the honey is starting to crystalize in the bottom of the jars. Its raw honey that is not heated and filtered, so it will crystalize more quickly than store bought honey. It does not affect the honey, and you can just stir it up. You can heat the honey to dissolve the crystals if desired. Heat some water in a saucepan to about 140 degrees, then set the jar in water and let sit for awhile until its liquified.

Basil is growing very nicely and we have plenty. We have added extra to the swap area, so if you do not get basil in your box, or want an extra bag, feel free to add it to your box.
