Trumpeter Swan Farm CSA News - Summer, Week 9, July 26
---- Wonderful Rain ----
Finally, we are getting some much needed rain. Over an inch last Tuesday, and now another inch Sunday morning. Produce has been sitting still these last few weeks. Now we should finally pick up with some new stuff. Sweet corn and Tomatoes are looking nice. And onion and garlic harvest begins soon!
---- New Honey Harvest ----
I went through our hives and gathered honey last week. It tastes really good! Since our produce harvest has been reduced by the previous dry spell, honey will help take up the slack. Anyone who want honey should be able to have some!
