Howdy All!
This has certainly been a challenging summer. Despite the high daily temperatures our farm is still producing quite a bit of veggies. It's hard to believe that we will be starting our Fall garden in a little over a month. We do have a small handful of new coming in over the next few weeks. This week we have sweet potato greens! This versatile summer green can be eaten both raw or sautéed and makes a great spinach substitute in any recipe.
