Howdy All!
September is a busy time here at the farm. Summer crops are in full swing but it is also the time we really start diving deep into our Fall plantings. Bethany and I have already planted many transplants of kale, collards, and various other brassica family crops. Additionally we seeded a few beds early of salad bowl lettuce, arugula, hakerui turnips and French breakfast radish that all seem to have germinated well in the field. Over the next month we will be planting even more varieties of Fall and Winter veggies as we prepare for the change in season.
