The sun’s been shining, and the tomatoes are responding with lots of fruit! This week on the farm stand we have several pecks of paste tomatoes: Roma, San Marzano, and Amish Paste. Our tomatoes and raspberries are loving the sunshine and producing lots of fruit! We have plenty of them on the farm stand this week. Also lots of red beets, kale, and garlic. New Potatoes

Posted on August 1st, 2023
Despite having lots of rain in the past week and soggy gardens, Ron has managed to dig some new potatoes from our crop. We have a limited amount of Red Norland and Carola potatoes on the farm stand this week. Because they’re young and thin-skinned, they won’t store for long, so plan to1 read more »

Lots of Zucchini!

Posted on July 25th, 2023
Wow, what a rainstorm we had last night! We received 2½ inches of rain in half an hour, plus another half-inch after that. Some crops aren’t happy about it, but the zucchini and summer squash like a lot of moisture. Right now there’s a lot of zucchini on the farm stand. Zucc1 read more »
