I hope that you have had a chance to spend time with your loved ones, relax and celebrate this holiday season and that you have a fantastic New Years Eve this weekend. 

 

We have added a delivery date for next week. Please customize or skip your order as needed before Sunday at 11:00 pm. 

 

Home Delivery Orders: 

If you get your orders home delivered we very much want to make sure that your products are not freezing. If you didn't see the email I send earlier this week please read the summarized notes below: 

  • Winter Delivery Precautions: To ensure your Steel Pony orders arrive in perfect condition, especially in chilly weather, please place a cooler with a warm water bottle outside your home if you'll be away during our delivery hours (3-5 pm). This simple step prevents freezing and guarantees the freshness of your products upon arrival.

  • Delivery Time Variations: Our team is adjusting to the winter season, leading to slight variations in delivery times. Staff transitions may cause deliveries to be a bit earlier or later than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

 

Updates & Reminders

  • Referral Program: Did you know we have a referral program? Refer a new customer, and both of you get a $25 credit! Check out the easy steps here
  • Customization Cut-off Time: Remember, your box is open for customization until this Sunday at 10:00 pm. Take a peek at your items and make any adjustments needed.
  • Missing Items & Quality Concerns: If you encounter any packing errors or items not up to your standards, reach out to us at info@steelpony.ca. We're here to make it right for you.
  • Setting Preferences: Haven't set your preferences yet? Doing so will enhance your experience. Check out the guide here.
  • Home Delivery: If you won't be home, leave a cooler out, and we'll place your order inside. Consider using a hot water bottle in colder weather to keep things cozy.
  • Missed Pick-ups: If you can't make it, reschedule or cancel your order via your Harvie account here. Changes can be made until Sunday night at 10:00 pm. If emergencies arise after this, let us know at mike@steelpony.ca or text us at 403-506-3634.

Remember, any orders not picked up within 24 hours after the pick-up window will be thoughtfully used or donated to minimize waste.
