Hi folks!
Here on the farm, we are busy as can be harvesting as well as trimming garlic to put up in storage. I think we are all shocked that we are nearing the end of August, but the shorter day length has been noticeable and the onions and shallots are calling on us to be harvested for their turn to be cured.
