Bring on the rain

For the love of greens
With the dry weather that's been coming our way recently the farm crew has been taking extra special care to make sure some of our more fragile crops are being taken care of. Patience can be sweet!
As the days have been getting noticeably longer we have found ourselves longing for summer and the bounty that comes with it. Summer fruit trees are heavy with flowers and immature fruits and many pineapples in our fields have decided to surprise us with something extra (see image above).

In Bloom
It's been a busy week up at the farm with lots of new produce in bloom! As pictured above our red burgundy okra has arrived, and fried okra has quickly become a favorite treat amongst the farm crew.
