Hi Friends! We finished getting all our tomatoes, eggplants, and peppers in the ground this week and the squash and watermelon are starting to get their first true leaves! The bok choy are looking especially good this week and we have some gorgeous garlic scapes to share as well. I expect next week we'll have our stir fry mix back (asian greens mix with tatsoi, mizuna, and mustard greens) and we'll have some young fennel and potentially some hakurei salad turnips to share as well.
We've been hard at work keeping up with the weeds, planting, and harvesting, and things so far look like there's a great season ahead of us this summer! Can't wait to share all this bounty with you :)
