Hi Friends, this is the last week of our spring shares - thanks for joining us for this first year of early season crops! It's been fun to push our limits a bit and get veggies out to you all in the spring when we're all craving something green after a long winter.
This week we finally have some radishes, more beets, and scallions are returning (though they'll be smaller than the overwintered ones we gave out with the first couple of shares). It will be the last harvest of our winter chard and stir fry mix, and we'll be turning over those beds and re planting them with tomatoes and ginger.
