A snowy g'day to you! We've got the first blanket over the fields and what a feeling.
Of course there were mixed emotions in there when the 100km/h winds thrashed the high tunnels, but then we got the gift of many hands to help us untangle them before this first dump of snow. They may not be up again, but at least they're not getting further damaged by snow weight.
So much good food is stored in the cooler, and we get to share it with you. Here comes the first installment!
We may include some seconds as an option in your shares at a discount. If you don't want seconds, remove those items from your share. If you get them and the item is unusable, let us know the approx quantity of unusable & we'll replace it. We do out best to inspect all produce for damage and rot. Sometimes we miss something. If you're not delighted with an item, the seconds policy applies: let us know the approx quantity of unusable & we'll replace it.
To make each delivery the best for your household, please go into your Profile in Harvie and adjust your Preferences so they best reflect your likes and dislikes. Then you'll also have less customizing to do each time to get the items you want in your share.
On Thursday, bring a bag, box or basket to collect your share. And, containers to separate some items out and put sprouts and shoots in. On sub-zero days you may want a cooler or cool bag to protect your produce.
If you need to reschedule or make any changes to your share and don't know how, hop on Harvie and hit "Chat" in the bottom right hand corner. Our helpful crew at Harvie are competent to make the changes you need, and will keep us in the loop.
