Welcome to our extended season. We're glad to have you eating along with us as we provide Kingston-grown produce fresh to you for November-December 2021. We encourage you to get to know and enjoy your brassicas, such as cabbage and radish. They are our cold-climate friends. They grow well in the cold and store exceptionally well. And, they are versatile in usage and varied in flavour. For example, the napa cabbage offers similar frost-kissed sweetness to the carrot, whereas the radish offers a spicy kick more akin to arugula (a.k.a. rocket). So, dig up some new recipes and dig in to what this season offers.
