For those still guessing, the herb bunch included: sorrel (dark green leaf with red stems, lemony flavour), lemon balm (toothed, soft, lt green leaves, good in salad, soup or to make tea with), tarragon (long stem, long leaves, licorice-type flavour, good in salads and to make tea, excellent with roast potatoes).
