Well it is hard to believe but we are now entering the month of December!!! Where does time go? I am sure you are all starting to make Christmas plans. Around the farm it does not seem like there has even been a pause between the fall and winter season! So many winter storage veggies to wash and prepare for sale. No end in sight.
Anyhow we still have a decent selection of greens heading into this share week. In your shares we have available spinach, cabbages, and tatsoi. And some fun mixed colored potatoes, purple daikon, celeriac, popcorn & storage kohlrabi just to name a few! Hopefully no surprise -20 again for a while! So the greens hold for next weeks harvest. We have added Jon Todd's honey to your extras list, as well as the Happenstance bakery Sourdough Quinoa bread, Focaccia buns, and Ecuador Coffee, our chicken, and some ground beef.
