Hello Garden Folks,
Welcome to the first week of our Spring Basket program! The season is already turning into a whirlwind as the weather warms, baby calves are soon going to be delivered, bunnies have arrived, seedlings are growing fast and furious...
I am working hard conditioning the horses for field work, working on some website upgrades (Exciting things around the corner!) , trying to wrap up cutting and splitting of next years firewood, and the annual spring clean up is underway.
Soon our Mexican family will start to join us for the season, we get to start welcoming them back in April! Looking forward to another great season with and incredible team.
On offer in the Spring basket we will have a mix of root veggies, greens, sprouts, and some frozen garden goodies! We have some products coming from our friends at Bowmans Organics, like onions & parsnips. Potatoes will be ours or Mennos Farms as we had a very poor crop last year!
