Hello Garden Family!
We are harvesting, harvesting, harvesting! We are get just starting to dig into our main potato fields.
With all the harvesting happening we have also managed get to our winter plantings weeded!
Green and Yellow beans are available still but they are slowing down in the field.
We tried a small experimental planting of Edamame; and they will be coming your way next week!
