Week #3 Spring/Summer CSA
My favorite radish is the purple daikon, delicious and beautiful on a salad or roasted. Harvesting Broc Raab this week and its delightful stir fried with spring onions and mushrooms over pasta with red sauce or cheese. Spring/Summer CSA 2022 First Delivery!
So excited to get the Spring/Summer 2022 CSA started! First week is always lots of greens like lettuce, spinach, and asian greens. We have many winter crops like more broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage that is growing much slower due to the couple weeks of very cold weather.
