Farmers and farm take a bit of a winter's rest to prepare for the upcoming season. There is more time for rest. Still, we keep working preparing the beds for the next season, planning crops, ordering seeds, fixing equipment and tending to a winter garden. We work less but still grow winter greens for our family and workshares.
