As you know, summer is right around the corner so we're wrapping up our Springtime veggies... This week we have a STIR-FRY BASE for you - Bok Choy, Chinese Cabbage, and Mizuna, all chopped and ready to go for a quick and easy dinner next week. Also, many of the HERBS are ready! Fresh herbs really take dishes to the next level... :) Speaking of herbs, we have a delicious CHIMICHURRI sauce available this week! It's pesto to the next level with mint, cilantro, and parsley. Delicious on steaks, roasts, pasta, or add additional oil for a quick salad dressing. And if you love CILANTRO, be sure to grab it this week because we won't be seeing it until salsa season (it doesn't like the heat). In the weeks to come we'll start seeing the summertime favorites like tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, summer squash and much more!

About the farm
We left the hustle and bustle of city life to raise our children in the country. Getting into agriculture is a decision we've never regretted! Now we lovingly grow fresh food together as a family on our small farm. It's food we trust, and you can too! We want to feed our children the best we can, so we grow high-quality fruits, vegetables, and meats - everything from Arugula to Zucchini; Chicken and pork! - all free of chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. We'd love to share what we grow with you!
