Online ordering is open for the Farm Stand (our online store) until Tuesday at midnight

Who's ready to settle in with some warm winter comfort food? We certainly are! This week we have all the local favorites that will keep you full and thankful for the bounty of foods New Englanders have access to year-round.

We have stew beef from Boyden Farm out of Cambridge, VT. Bolster this hearty Beef Stew Recipe with russet potatoes and carrots from Edgewater Farms and some flour from Ground Up in Holyoke, MA! For sides, consider some Cornbread using cornmeal from Tuckaway Farm. Or, how about a Quick Slaw with some carrots and cabbage? What about a pasta night? We have fettucine and bucatini pasta from Trenchers Farmhouse to get you started on a delicious weeknight meal!

If you're looking for something sweeter, grab some Shri Bark blueberry muffins, or you could make your own
Granola Bars using any of our variety of granolas from Maple Nut Kitchen in Swanzey, NH and some raw wildflower honey from Ben's Sugar Shack.

Or, how about a morning in the kitchen making some flapjacks? Ben's Sugar Shack has you covered with buttermilk pancake mix(yes we have blueberry) and 100% pure maple syrup. If you don't feel like cooking, we have lots of pastured eggs from LaValley, sausage from VT Salumi and Short Creek Farm, and small batch roasted coffee from Terra Nova and Witching Hour.

Plymouth Cheese Hunter Cheddar! Plymouth Cheese's sharpest, Hunter Cheddar won’t waste your time. As the lactose content decreases during the two-year aging process, crystallization occurs, which makes its consistency more brittle to the bite. The result is a robust, mature, ivory-hued, no-nonsense sharp Vermont cheddar.
Echo Farms Chocolate and Eggnog Pudding! Seriously, who doesn't love pudding! This isn't just any pudding either. Premium, all natural, fun flavors made in small batches with no additives. Echo Farms puddings are made with milk exclusively from their herd of Certified Humane cows!
