Online ordering is open for the Farm Stand (our online store) until Tuesday at 11am!
It's the perfect soup weather! This week we have new locally-made Thai Carrot Ginger Soup and Autumn Explosion Heritage Cornmeal, excellent for a delicious cornbread to serve alongside your warm bowl of soup.

Plus, we have Grateful Green's Unity Mix Microgreens, a delightful blend of sweet sunflower, eathy amaranth, and zesty radish sprouts that would go perfectly sprinkled on top of your soup or added to grilled cheese. Get even more creative with your grilled cheese and add some Shinkseiki Asian Pear slices for a crisp, sweet crunch.

Don't forget dessert! This week, our Berkshire Bark Pretzelogical and Mocha Buzz Chocolates are on sale for $5. Berkshire Bark is a unique chocolate bar handcrafted in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts. Made of top-quality Belgian chocolate and all-natural ingredients.

Thai Carrot Ginger Soup
Joe's Kitchen's best-selling soup has lots of sweet carrots with coconut milk, fresh lime, ginger, and a touch of Thai green curry for some zip. Plus, it's vegan and gluten-free! Arrives frozen, ready to reheat and enjoy.

Joe's Kitchen, in Randolph VT, uses super-fresh ingredients from their own & nearby farms, there's no need to add sugar or a bunch of salt, so they're really healthy and they taste fantastic.

Autumn Explosion Cornmeal
Beautiful deep-colored cornmeal, from Tuckaway Farm, perfect for making cornbread, pancakes, muffins, and waffles.

Tuckaway Farm is an organic farm in Lee, NH and they grow and mill heritage corn varieties to create this incredible cornmeal. The corn is roasted before milling to enhance flavor and aroma. Tuckaway Farm was recently awarded a value-added product grant that will allow them to scale up their mill to make more grain products. Look forward to more grains coming soon!

Unity Mix Microgreens
This mix is a super nourishing blend of sweet sunflower, earthy amaranth, and zesty radish that creates a stunning visual and taste experience.

Grateful Greens, located in Brattleboro VT, uses creative, low impact, indoor farming technology that utilizes solar, rainwater, eco-friendly system to grow their greens.
