New Flavors!
New varieties from Terra Nova Organic Coffee Roasters! All single-origin, 100% USDA organic, responsibly sourced, and small-batch roasted in Keene, NH.

Papua New Guinea beans from the Bena Bena Valley are brought to a smooth dark roast that is round-bodied. With hints of caramel, nuts, and red wine it’s a bold coffee that’s sure to please dark roast lovers across the board. Sourced directly from New Guinea Highlands Coffee Export, which has programs to assist farmers in obtaining their Organic certification as well as social initiatives including HIV/AIDS prevention, financial management, and gender equality awareness.

Colombian beans brought to a smooth medium roast. It’s not too soft, and not too strong, making it a friendly constant for your morning. Our beans come from the municipality of Planadas, at the foot of the snow-peaked Nevado del Huila, the highest volcano in Colombia. Fruity and sweet with a delicate body, Colombian coffee is never bitter. It has a mild but rich aroma.  What can we say? You just can’t go wrong with Colombian coffee!

New Valicenti Ravioli!

Roasted Eggplant & Tomato with Basil and Mozzarella diBufala Ravioli - With a distinct Southern Italian farmhouse kitchen sensibility, our own garlicky roasted eggplant and tomato combined with locally made fresh mozzarella and our own fresh basil, wrapped in a blonde pasta dough.

Caramelized Butternut Squash Ravioli (dairy free!) - Simple yet perfect. Butternut squash roasted to a bronze crispness with copious amounts of extra virgin olive oil and a hint of our fresh rosemary and sage wrapped in a spinach pasta dough.
